YHC signed up to Q the hour long workout. YHC woke up 5 minutes before workout began. A text was sent to warm up the group, clothes were found, and YHC proceeded to workout. Twinkle had properly warmed up the pax. Here’s what the proceeded:

mosey to the block cage, every man picks up a cinder block and takes it to oak row. Q explained the goal was to hold the block the entire time.  no putting it on the ground.  Q considered implementing a 20 burped penalty, but did not.  This will happen next time and everyone will do penalty to ensure accountability amongst the pax.

The Thang:

25 curls, lunge two trees, 30 presses, run two trees, 20 tricep extensions, side shuffle two trees, 20 rows each arm, shuffle other side two trees, 30 squats, run two trees, flutter kicks with block over chest, lunge to trees, rest, run remain four trees.

Rest, pax headed over to the field.
