  • 18 Merkins 4 LBC’s, mosey’d past the benches
  • 17 Merkins 5 LBC’s, mosey’d to the hill
  • 16 Merkins 6 LBC, Appollo Creed’s down
  • 15 Merkins 7 LBC’s, Appolo Creed back
  • 14 Merkins 8 LBC’s, Lunges half way
  • 13 Merkins 9 LBC’s, Lunges the rest of the field, walk to the corner
  • 12 Merkins 10 LBC’s
  • 11 Merkins 11 LBC’s

Moderately fast paced mosey, some burn out to catch YHC and Brady bunch who was in cruise.

 

YHC gave incredible fake news to the PAX about only needed 19 merkins to do the most in a 45 minute work out ever. The Pax took the motivational bull, completed the task and then Betty Crocker call out Q what about 300, noted brother, to include the burpees you hit 300, this 250 dedicated and concentrated form merkins. Friendly stat competition begin.
