It was a warm muggy Savannah morning.  Pax was 6 strong including a visitor from Memphis posting before a flight home. Flag was missing, something that we were not unaccustomed to. Work-out began with a poor excuse for a disclaimer.

Tricep dips x 20, irkins x 20, dips x 20, derkins x 20, dips x 20

Pull ups x 5,  burpees x 5, Pull ups x 4, burpees x 4, pull up x 3, burpee x 3, pull up x 2, burpee x 2, pull up x 1, burpee x 1

Tricep dips x 20, peter Parker irkins x 20, dips x 20, peter Parker derkins x 20 , dips x 20

Mosey to oak row then lunges down stoping at each tree for squat jumps at each tree

Calf raises at the pool building followed by wall sits and Carolina dry docks

Mosey back to the “flag” area for Mary. Highlights including too many flutter kicks my matlock and the ABCs by crayfish.
