Island of 100 Burpees

YHC had a Q planned for a few days, which is a new occurrence.  With a Saturday, 60 minute workout coming up, the goal was to use the entire time, challenge every pax that posted, and have a solid physical accomplishment to start the day.  Despite a new movement to show your weinke, YHC decided to remain modest and use technology.  An interval setting on a Garmin provided the opportunity to do a set of 10 burpees every 5 minutes.  With this exciting development in hand, Q called one minute, and the group gathered.

Sit down circle of trust, which was YHC’s goal.  Great work by everyone.  Discussion of inclusion of pledge, perhaps some mixed feelings, led to YHC forgetting count o rama and name o rama.  No Pax noticed Q about this omission until a Slack post 3 hours later.
Pledge, Prayer, Breakfast.

Great to have Pooler Pax Betty Crocker and Doughboy post.  Great to see week day warrior Matlock challenge himself on the weekend.  Great to see Kisses again – his consistency this summer is putting most of us to shame.  Next time we’ll get you to coffeeteria at the Breakfast Place.
