Rotten to the core

The Lucky 7 posted for another rotten to the core HIIT training on a mild 72° Friday morning. After a 10 minute warmup, we did 3 rounds of 6 exercises. Each round was more intense than the previous. Execises included: planks, plank Jack’s, mtn climbers, squats, jump squats, 180° jump squats, mercans, Merc with shoulder tap, burpees, jump rope, side straddle hops, imperial walkers, LBC, leg lowers, heels to the heavens, lunges, step lunges, jump lunges.

Completed the morning with a 1 mile Indian Run with a sprint to the finish, count off, name a Rama, prayer request, pledge, prayer.
