Set up in a parking lane for EMOM – Every Minute on the Minute. Repeat each exercise set at the top of each minute. Any additional time during the minute is used for rest.
EMOM #1 – 14 minutes + 1 minute rest
- 5 burpees
- 5 cinder block jump squats
- 10 curls
EMOM #2 – 6 minutes + 1 minute rest
- 10 American Hammers (initially per side, but changed to total on 2nd minute)
- 10 Crunchy Frogs
- 10 Hello Dollys
EMOM #3 – 14 Minutes + 1 minute rest
- Sprint to parking lane peninsula (we shortened this distance up in the middle of the EMOM, but full length at the beginning and end)
- 10 merkins
- Sprint back
- 5 kettle bell swings
That totaled 37 minutes of EMOM (rest included)
Do 4 additional burpees. That totals 74 to signify 37th birthday and 2 years in F3.
