HIIT Wednesday

15 PAX posted for a clear and chilly 41° Wednesday morning under setting super moon workout.

The workout was a continuous COP using Tabata timer for two routines. The first routine introduced some not unfamiliar moves but done in a way to burn out the arm and shoulder muscles. The next was 5 minutes of planks performed in various positions. The last routine totalled about 100 push-ups in various hand positions. Before we all knew it, it was time to wrap up. Lots of comments and sharing occurred during the COP and many were blessed.

Count-o-rama and Name-o-rama…we’re going to have to allow more time as we keep growing. Pledge and Prayer.
