COP: 26 morrocan night club jacks, 26 SSH, 13 plank jacks, 13 shoulder touches.

Main Event: divided group into two. One Clockwise around pond; one group CCW around pond. 20 minutes as many laps as possible. Losing team 26 burpees. Six wood benches per lap. Completed bench exercises in following order: decline PU, air squats, leg ups, dips.
