4 braved the gloom this AM, thanks @Doobie @Teddy Bear @Salmonella for the company. Warmups- 20 sidestraddle hops in cadence, 20 mt climbers, plank hold, plank sides, 20 grass pickers. The thang- accelerate the work out early, 100 air squats, 90 dips, 80 lunges, 70 merkins, 60 flutter kicks, 50 sets of stairs, 40 derkins, 30 Freddie mercury 4-count, 20 pullups and our favorite to finish off with 10 burpees. COT, Great discussion about our “picnic” at JF Gregory in the Hill at 0700 on Saturday, everyone needs to make it! Pledge and prayer. Great start to the work week, thanks brothers.
