You’ve Got a Friend in Me

The start of a new week brings new beginnings and we started off on the right foot.

The Thang:

Buddy carry 400M, broken into groups of 2 – 4 pax. Mosey to brickyard and each grab a coupoun. Phase 2= 300 Kettle Bells (150 ea.), 300 Big Boy Sit Ups
(150 ea.) , 200 Lunges
(100 ea.) , and 200 Side to side raises
(100 ea.) . End with the last 400M Buddy carry.

Sounds simple and easy, but wait until you try this workout. It takes a buddy to finish it.
