IronPax 2019 is Done

While this year’s workouts were much more difficult than last year’s, at least in YHC’s opinion, this year is very memorable for the PAX of Pooler. We had great participation and a drive by all to want to complete each workout with excellence, which was inspirational to YHC and others.

The workout today was 3 rounds of 100 Merkins/Squats, 200yd Block Carry, 100 Bonnie Blairs/KettleBell Swings, 200yd Block Carry, 100 Walking Lunges/Squat Thrusters, and a final 200yd Block Carry. Sounded simple but this one may be felt in the legs for a few more days.

I’m proud to be a part of this group, who looks out for one another, and encourages those who may be struggling to finish. Great job by all!!!

IronPax planners now have another year to plan some kind of tortuous workouts for us PAX that keep inviting this pain. Peace out.
