Oldie But Goodie

Conditions were a warm 70^, not a typical January morning. 5:29 and there seemed to be a little concern on who had taken the Q for this morning, but it was taken and YHC was ready.


Planking Disclaimer, MNC, Chinooks, and SSH 21s while reciting 5 core principles. (Boy we were all off, which was the plan!). 4ct Squats, then Flutter Kicks. Hold 6″ while the Mission Statement was mostly recited, then into Dollys. Mosey to bleachers.


Partner up…Partner 1 does World of Merkins, 10 each. Face 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00. Partner 2 Air Chair on the fence, then flapjack. Rinse and repeat. Mosey to back parking lot for modified 4 Corners. Bear Crawl to Corner 1, 5 Burpees, Side Crawl to Right, 10 Burpees, Crawl Bear, 5 Burpees, Side Crawl to the Left. Next up was Dora…100 Hand release Merkins, 150 Luge Crunches, 200 Jump Squats. Partner dashes 100m and back. Most cam eclose to finishing before time was called. Mosey to Flag for a failed Egg Roll attempt…don’t even ask.
