Quick visit to the hurt locker to pick up Cindy then we Mosied on over to the pond to get things cookin’:

Work out with Cindy in cadence:
    • 10 biscept curls
    • 10 shoulder presses
    • 10 bent over rows
    • 10 dips
    • 10 inclined Merican
10 Merican Hammers

Indian Run around the pond Cindy-free for a little added fun. Rinse and repeat. Had a few extra minutes so to add to the excitement we added in:
10 mountain climbers (in cadence)
10 Nolan Ryans
10 V-ups (in cadence)
10 chest presses (in cadence)

Said a little good-bye to Cindy, count off, name-o-rama, announcements, pledge and prayer. Terrific time had by all!
